Step 1, Screw the adjustment screw counter clockwise until the plates moves down. Step 2, Please peel off the coating of the cable tip by about 8 to 10 mm, then insert the wire into the new opening between the plate and the "top" of the Terminal hole, not under it. Step 3, Screw the adjuster clockwise and the plate will move upwards thereby squishing the wire in the Terminal hole, Make sure all connections are tight. NOTE : 1) Charge Controller should connect in the order of 1)Battery array 2)Solar panels 3)DC load .The disassembly sequence is contrary to the wiring order.2) Make sure batteries's voltage between 9V-15V for 12Volt system and 18V-30V for 24Volt system so that the Charger controller can recognize the normal battery type and system in first connection.
