Using the ripest of strawberries specially grown for us, we have perfectly captured the essence of 'Strawberry' in each and every jar. We make our jam in small hand-made batches the way our grandmother did. We don't use lemon juice in our jams so that you get the full flavor of the berries without the lemony overtones.
