A: When the earbuds are put into charging case, the charging case will charge for earbuds automatically. If the charging case is out of battery, use the type-c cable to charge for the case. Q: Earbuds are still on although they are in charging case. A: If there is no power in charging case the charging case cannot charge for earbuds, and the earbuds cannot be powered off automatically after putting them in charging case. In this situation you can power off the earbuds. Also you can charge for the charging case. Q: Why can I hear the car whistle clearly although I wear the earbuds? A: You may turn on the Ambient Sound Mode. In this mode, you can hear both music and environment sound. You can use this mode when crossing the road. It’s safe to hear the car whistle and warning when you are in the street. If you just want to enjoy your melody you can press one side of earbud for 1 second to change ANC mode.
