This bean is called Colombia Huila EL TIPLE SUPREMO EP. The natural aromas of this bean are Chocolate, Black Cherry, Brown Sugar, Roasted Almond. It has a medium body, medium acidity. There are no added ingredients or syrups. These are the all natural flavors you can taste when the bean is freshly roasted, and before it is stale. Coffee begins to stale thirty days after it is roasted. After its ground it begins to stale almost immediately. Stale coffee isnt known to be harmful; however its said to have a metalic taste without the natural aromas of the coffee. This could be why some coffee is loaded with flavoring and syrups.
