Texture - Medium to Hard crunchy, its like chewing on pieces of soft tiles. Very unique chewing sound and crunchy till the end. It has few fine chewable grit like soft granules. Taste - Topsoil earthy taste, with the usual red dirt flavor with rainy notes while chewing, it doesnt turn creamy like most other claypots does, doesnt stick to teeth.
