TRW Ball Joints are designed to meet or exceed original equipment (OE) specifications. The low friction design restores steering and suspension systems back to their original operating performance. The glass fiber reinforced polymer bearing, made of polyoximethylene (POM) facilitates low friction, less heat, and longer wear. The TRW ball joints that are sealed-for-life are fixed/maintenance free, eliminating dust and water from entering the ball joint. In addition, every TRW part has four levels of testing/technical/audit review before approval is given including endurance testing at 500K cycles.
