Chlorine Sanitizing Test Strips for Restaurants by The FryOilSaver Company  These are really the ideal Chlorine test strips for food service  Chlorine Test Paper provides a simple, reliable, and economical means to measure the concentration of Chlorine Sanitizer solutions.  With color matches at 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 ppm (parts per million), the test paper measures concentrations between 0 to 200ppm, detecting exhaustion of solutions that should be replaced as well as helping to avoid using excessive amounts of sanitizing agents. Chlorine Test Paper is used to detect the strength of available chlorine in sanitizing solutions.. Federal, State and Local health regulations require users of chlorine based sanitizer solutions to have appropriate test kits available to verify the strength of sanitizer solutions.   A vial 100 easy to use pre cut strips made of plastic, preventing you from having to touch any chemicals for tests and stained fingers.  Instructions:  1. Remove a test paper from the vial, being careful not to touch the strip anywhere other than where you grasp it with your fingertips. 2. Dip about 1 inch of test paper into the solution to be tested for 1 second. 3. Compare immediately to the color chart.   NOTE: The test strips should be kept in closed vials when not used, out of direct sunlight, at room temperature. IMPORTANT NOTE: This strip was designed specifically for restaurants to test chlorine sanitizers in three part sinks. It will work for testing anything in the range of 10 to 200 PPM. IT WILL NOT work for testing tap water, pool water, undiluted bleach, or anything that uses Quaternary Ammonia as the active ingredient.
