Splitter Splatter is a CLEAR BASE with a mix of black, white, and blue glitters. The black and white glitters are various sized hexes and the blue is amix of hexes and circles. If blue suits you, this polish delivers! It glows blazing blue in UV blacklight and won't surely be missed. The black and white glitters mixed within give it great texture and variation. Just remember to shake your bottle upside down in-between every few nails and these glitters will disperse throughout the bottle and attach to the brush. After you put a base coat color on, you should apply 1 to 2 top coats to prevent chipping and secure the glitters in place.
