Traditionally, this elegant silver needle comes from the mountains of Tanzania, and imparts sweet woody notes and a smooth finish. Brewing Instructions: Start with cold water and bring water to just under a boil (180° - 190°). Add tea leaves, one heaping teaspoon per cup of water. For iced tea, add one level tablespoon. Pour hot water over leaves and steep 3-6 minutes. Remove or strain tea and enjoy! Ingredients: White tea.
