The high quality silicone is resistant to temperatures ranging between -70 degrees C to 220 degrees C ( -94 F to 428 F) It's also not affected by contact with oil, fat, salt and acids. These spatulas are strongly anchored into a stainless steel handle and are dishwasher safe.
