How to cook Ohsawa Organic Brown Rice: Rinse rice and put in pot with tight-fitting lid. For 1c. rice, add 2c. water and a pinch of sea salt. Simmer 40-50 min., until water absorbed. Turn off heat and let it rest 5 minutes before removing lid. Stir and serve. If pressure cooking, reduce water to 1 1/4- 1 1/2 c. water per 1 c. rice. Optional: before cooking, soak rice 3 to 8 hours in cooking water to make it sweeter.
