Features: Mirror Glass Anti-Glare. 1. Remove all existing glass from the mirror head's plastic inner platform (backing plate). 2. Apply the adhesive patches and/or silicone/urethane to the replacement mirror's back or to the backing plate itself. 3. Align and press replacement mirror to the backing plate. 4. Clean the installed mirror with urethane-safe glass cleaner. 5. Done. 6. NOTE: The backing plate mentioned above is your existing backing plate, this mirror does not come with a backing plate.
