Vermicelli is a traditional type of pasta round in section like spaghetti. In Italy vermicelli is slightly thicker than spaghetti, but in the United States it is slightly thinner. In Vietnam vermicelli is the same as angel hair pasta or capellini. This is the Lebanese version of vermicelli pasta, adding our own little twist.
