Dried Brown Rice Koji from Marukura is a rice koji with organic JAS certification carefully made without any food additives in the Okayama Prefecture, Japan.Use directly to make shio koji, miso, amazake, etc. Or you can rehydrate the dried koji using lukewarm water (between 50 to 60?) and keep it warm for a minimum of 30 minutes or until the koji can be easily crushed with your hands.
