This family-friendly barrel aged maple syrup has a complex maple-forward flavor profile, that finishes with hints of caramel, oak, and smoke from the just-emptied American oak barrels that housed it. An amazing glaze for salmon and other proteins and veggies. Awesome over ice cream or in coffee and tea, and pairs amazingly well with bacon, pancakes and other favorite foods and drinks.
