Kitch+Table Carne Adovada Seasoning2 lb. pork shoulder (cut into 1” pieces)2 tbsp. vegetable oil¼ cup of waterPreheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat a heavy bottomed, oven-proof pan over high heat.  Add oil and sear meat.  Add seasoning and water, cover and place in oven.
