Simple as 1-2-3. 1. Soak one of the white JBK Freshness Packets in room temperature water for approximately 3 minutes. 2. Pat the outside of the Freshness Packet dry and insert it into the JBK Brown Sugar Pillow TM, and close the two tabs on each end. 3. Put the JBK Brown Sugar PillowTM into a sealed container resting on top of the brown sugar. Rock hard brown sugar will begin to soften overnight, and within a few days, the hard brown sugar will be magically restored to its original soft state and stay soft for several months. When the packet dries out and brown sugar begins to harden, insert another soaked JBK Freshness Packet into the Pillow. Approx 2.3” in diameter and .4” thick
