This Iwasaki 4? Smooth Cut Flat F-Cut File is great for working into tight areas. Flat Fcut Wood Files have teeth on both sides of the blade. These files have exceptionally sharp teeth which are manufactured with a positive rake angle and flat top teeth, all of which differs from the usual file. F-Cut Files are suitable for all types of wood, bamboo plastic resin, Gypsum, etc. The new tooth design helps keep the files clean, minimizing clogging. They give an exceedingly smooth, shave like cut which actually planes material from the surface and are used to repair and remove blemishes left by coarser tools. For comfortable use, they are fitted with a black polypropylene handle.
