The global series percussion beaters are offered in pairs and designed for use with a number of different world Percussion instruments.Constructed of 1" Red Oak, The GL-1 is designed for use on West African drums such as the dundun, sanba, or kenkeni. These beaters are also excellent for soca patterns on congas and for large Japanese taikodrums. The GL-2 is also constructed of red Oak, but in a 5/8" Diameter.These beaters work well on West African krin or slit drums, and on the smaller Japanese taiko drums.
