His Girl Friday

In this wonderful comedic remake of "The Front Page", star reporter Hildy Johnson (Rosilind Russell) plans to leave reporting and her ex-husband editor Walter Burns (Cary Grant), behind in order to marry a boring insurance agent. Rather than admit his feelings for his ex-wife, Burns tries to entice her to stay by giving her the biggest story of the year - the execution of a muderer. When the convict manages to escape, chaos ensues, and Hildy finds herself working alongside Walter to break the story.
