Our Coffee beans are carefully selected and craft roasted in Santa Cruz - one of Galapagos islands. Our local artisan roasting determines the quality and exceptional taste of the most limited coffee in the world.
Declared by UNESCO as a "World Heritage Site", The Galapagos Islands law prohibit the use of pesticides and other chemicals for agriculture. The coffee beans are grown under the guidance and control of a bio agriculture program to protect the unique biodiverse ecosystem.
In 2015 the Galapagos became the first coffee producer in Ecuador with Single Origin. Galapagos coffee growers provide eight Arabica flavor varieties: Bourbon, Caturra, Villalobos, Catuai, Sachimor, Typica, San Salvador and Catimor.
Only 2% of the Galapagos Islands are permitted for agricultural and human development. As a result, production is limited every year. EverChef can import only 30 kg of coffee beans per week.
