Patriot Wholesale Direct is proud to offer our Certified Forklift Operator cards for OHSA trained trainees to provide to those who have passed the forklift training, Each order comes with 10 cards per order and has a front where the operator and trainees information can be listed to show that the person has passed the OHSA based training. The backside comes with OHSA's daily forklift training guide along with a link for more in-depth checklist which can be found on the OHSA website. Each card is full color printed on 16PT paper with a matte coating on the front to provide for easy writing while having a UV coating on the back to add durability to the checklist side.
