Dry Harissa Spice Blend by Crimson and Clove -2.8 oz.-

Harissa is a Tunisian condiment, traditionally consisting of spicy peppers, garlic, coriander and caraway. Recipes vary between household and region and it's used to flavor everything from stews soups to breakfast dishes. Our harissa is moderately spicy and delicious on just about everything. In order to make harissa paste, simply mix our dry spice blend with oil to desired consistency. You can make it in smaller quantities so it stays fresh longer. Some of our other favorite uses are in mayo or yogurt for a dipping sauce, as a seasoning for chicken wings or simply sprinkled over a baked sweet potato. Hand packed and sealed in square bottom glass jars that fit most standard spice racks (container dimensions are 2’’x2’’x3’’). Jars are re-sealable and the opening is big enough to grab a pinch or even use a teaspoon. We pack in small batches so you can be assured the spice you are getting is fresh, flavorful and aromatic.
