Christopher Lloyd reprises the lovable role of Al the Angel from Disney's hit movie 'Angels in the Outfield'. This time round, Al touches down into the lives of two brothers, Jesse (Matthew Lawrence) and Kevin (David Gallagher), and a footloose football team that doesn't have a prayer. Jesse is the only talented player on the team, but after the sudden death of his father he quits and loses all hope. Things begin to turn around when his younger brother sends a little late night prayer, and soon Al and his squad of angels show up to tackle the problem.
