Our Cranberry Sauce Type, Natural Flavor Blend is a great choice for a seasonal beer or cider. Predominantly cranberry with hints of ginger and citrus, it can also be used in spirits and wine. We recommend a starting use level of 0.15% to 0.50% in most alcoholic beverages. In beer and cider start at 0.15% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved for use in alcoholic beverages.
