Chitosan Wine Clarifier 75mL - 12-Pack

75mL Liquid chitosan for clarifying beer, wine or cider. Chitosan, or 'Chitin', is composed of microscopic crustacean shells that electrostatically bond with, and remove, protein, yeast cells and polyphenols. It is commonly used with kieselsol in a complete clarification program. Chitosan does not require tannin which makes it suitable for use in white wine, mead, cider and more. Use up to one 75mL pack per 6 US gallons.
