Proudly produced by the Musser family in Milton, Iowa, Prairie Breeze is our only domestic cheese that is not made in Wisconsin. With the calcium crystals developed during the aging process, the crumbly yet creamy texture, and the wonderful amount of flavor, there is no wonder it is an award winner. It has definitely become our house favorite! This 2 year cheddar adds a bit of the extra “something” in your salads, soups, apple pies, panini sandwiches, or just simply on a multigrain cracker.
