Chateau Cara BlondT is a very light-colored, Belgian crystal malt. It imparts a mild caramel-sweet aroma and adds golden color to beer. It contributes sweetness, but only very delicate toasted malt flavor. Crystal malts also add body and improve head retention. Cara BlondT is suitable for use with all beer styles, but its mild character will best contribute to light lagers and ales, low alcohol beers, and white beers.
