100 percent American Oak tannin lightly toasted to impart a heightened vanillin/coconut Oak character and a smooth, soft finish to your wine. Dissolve in 10 times its weight in warm water. Mix thoroughly. Add 3 weeks+ before bottling. Use 0.2-0.4 G/gal.
