This drain shelf is design to fit GN 1/1 full-size food pan models 14 and 16PP. Constructed from polypropylene material that will not crack, bend or dent. It can withstand temperatures from -40 to 160° F. Allow food products to drain stored in the food pan. Can be inserted into the food pan where they provide a step or shelf for products to rest on while liquid escapes to the bottom of the pan through strategically placed holes much like a colander. NSF approved. Available in translucent color. Measures 20-7/8-inch length by 12-3/4-inch width.
