The burlap replacement provision has been provided for customers to be able to receive a replacement after they have had incorrectly ordered on their customization. (For example, misspelling of names or incorrect birthdates. Buyers are responsible for verifying all customization information before placing an order.) Please provide your original order number when ordering a replacement as well as a description of the information that needs to be corrected.
