LINERZ18HS (formerly LINERZHS & LINERZHS18) The Linerz 1/8" Foam + Hard Shell Hat Insert offers a comfortable 1/8" layer of high quality, high density foam plus an added tough, flexible hard shell layer to help combat against bumps, bruises, cuts and abrasions. This insert works well in adjustable trucker style, flexfit or roomier caps and hats. Depending on the hat style you may need to go up a hat size to accommodate this insert. All of our inserts are able to be trimmed to fit smaller sized heads.
