Organic Broccoli Sprouting Seeds 4 ounce package. Directions: Place 1 to 2 tbsp. seeds in a wide mouth jar. Cover with mesh and secure with a rubber band. Add water, swirl and drain. Add 1 cup of cool water and soak for no more than 2 hours. Drain. Rinse twice a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl and drain. Drain well and do not over water. Invert jar and prop at an angle in a sink or bowl. Ready to eat in 3 to 5 days. Refrigerate to store.
