Toasted coconut chips 4oz, Pineapple flavoring 4oz Thick slices of white meat of fresh and mature coconut full fat that is toasted to the desired color. These coconut chips are unsweetened. All natural pineapple flavoring for beer and wine for beer add 4 oz. Per 5 gallons. For wine add to taste. Add a pineapple punch to your ale or IPA with hints of coconut or add a boost of pineapple to your pineapple wine add in the secondary to your desired flavor level. Add 1 - 2 ounces in 5 gallon batch let it sit for a day or 2 then taste a sample. Add more if you still need more flavor. Most recipes work well with 2-4 ounces total added.
