Biquinho Purple-(Capsicum chinense)- The Biquinho Purple are a much hotter variant of the Biquinho Red from Brazil. Also called Chupetinho or Sweety Drops. They ripen from dark Purple almost black to burgundy and finally red. The flavor of the Biquinho Purple is still sweet and fruity. They are very productive and are ideal for fresh salsas. The Biquinho Purple chile plants grow just over 3 feet tall.
