ALL hd PLEX Bond Maker #1 was developed to be mixed with all chemical services, in particular color, bleaching, perms, & relaxers / straighteners. It builds and enforces strong structural bonds, protects hair from breakage, and helps protect from hair damage caused by chemical treatments.
