A full coverage perfecting concealer that conceals dark circles and puffiness. Will not look cakey or dry under eyes. It is 100% pigment and highly concentrated a little goes a long way. Perfecting concealer can be mixed with a small amount of eye cream to create a lighter consistency / coverage. Can be used on acne or hyper pigmentation as a camouflage. Will not clog pores.
