A Mind to Kill Series Two

"Gripping detective drama" --Daily Record (U.K.) "Madoc is wonderful as DCI Bain." --Western Daily Press (U.K.) Welsh detective Noel Bain has a talent for solving complex crimes and a tendency to side with the underdog. His job brings him face to face with the worst aspects of human behavior--cruelty, brutality, vengeance, and greed--yet he remains a decent, compassionate man and a loving father to his teenage daughter, Hannah. Philip Madoc (The Last of the Mohicans, Doctor Who) is splendid as the workaholic Bain in this darkly authentic drama. Set in a Wales more bleak than picturesque, the acclaimed series has earned comparisons to Cracker and Wallander for its gritty realism and no-holds-barred storytelling. Guest stars in these feature-length mysteries include Ioan Gruffudd (Fantastic Four), Richard Harrington (Bleak House), David Warner (Titanic), and Carol Drinkwater (All Creatures Great and Small).
