Wash the cups and straws thoroughly before first use. To prolong the life of your cups it is highly recommended to hand wash them only.
To put the lid on your cup correctly, open the sliding lid piece before placing the lid on your cup. Once the lid is securely in place on the cup you can close the sliding lid piece to seal. Incorrect placement of the lid can lead to spills.
If water gets in the sliding lid piece when washing, open the sliding lid and hold the lid vertically with the straw/mouth opening on the bottom, this will release the water trapped inside.
