The tape measure has an yellow blade with a metal case. It also features 16 in and 19.2 in stud markings so you can mark your studs for easy installation of wall cabinets or shelves. There are 1/16" graduations on the first 12 inches of the tape measure, which increases to 1/32" thereafter. The case comes with a slide lock that prevents accidental rewinding of the tape measure while it's still being used. This Tape Measure is one of those tools that makes work easier and more efficient.
