Troubleshooting:

Q: Is my Galaxy S9 supposed to get warm while on this charger?
A: This wireless charger is with overheat protection. It is normal gets warm when charging, but if gets too hot, it will stop charging automatically.

Q: Put phone on charger and less than a minute later the led light keeps blinking. What do i do?
A: Please check whether there is any iron, metal, coins, IC Cards, bank cards, magnetic absorbers and other metal objects attached on your phone's back(or case) in the charging detective area.

Q: In 20 minutes, it just charged the phone from 52% to 64%, why slower than cord charging?
A: It usually takes 2-3 hours for a full charge, and would be slower than wire charging.
For efficient charging:
1.Take off your phone case (over 4mm) when charging
2.Use a 5V/2A adapter or 9V/1.67A adapter(Notice: adapter comes with iPhone is 5V/1A)
3. Place your phone on the centre of the pad

Q: It works well for the first or two weeks, but now stopped working, what should I do?
A: Please unplug the socket and replug it after about 15 minutes. If still doesn’t work, then please contact us directly.
