SHARPENING INSTRUCTION
Use one hand tohold the handle and place it on the plane surface and use the other hand tohold knife.
Place the knifeon sharpening rod to create a 15°-20° angle, along with this angle to grind theblade.
Hold thesharpening rod to grind the blade and change another side during the grindingprocess to make sure both sides are fully grinded.
Use the ceramicplate to polish the blade for both sides.
