How to clean Salt and Pepper Grinder: Just wipe down the grinder mechanism(Do Not place the grinder mechanism in Dishwasher)Glass bottle is dishwasher safe. 1.Twist the cap counterclockwise to take it off. 2.Rotate and pull open the bottom cover. 3.Twist the coarseness adjusting knob counterclockwise until it comes out. 4.Air dry the parts then reassemble it according to the structure chart.
