X-Factor Knee Brace - XLarge X-Factor Knee Brace The X-Factor Knee Brace provides compression and support to the knee joint for injuries including patello-femoral pain, moderate ligament tears, or meniscus tears. The X-Factor provides more stability than the typical knee wrap or sleeve, but offers more comfort than a ridged, hinged knee brace. The X-Factor design features an infrapatellar buttress to support the patella and help improve patellar tracking, medial and lateral stays for additional stability with a neoprene wrap that is open behind the knee for comfort. The unique design also offers a smaller second layer of neoprene for a custom fit.
