Wood Avens in a native plant to Europe, western Asia and North Africa. It grows in woods and hedgerows, especially path edges. The plant is spotted mainly in areas affected by human activity. Other names of the plant include Herb bennet, city avens, way Bennet, Bennet’s root, colewort and wild rye. To make a decoction, take 2 tsp of Wood Avens Rhizome pour with 200 ml of cool water.
