Turn off your earbuds manually(Tap the touch control panel of the earbuds for 5- 6 seconds there will be a voice prompt “power off” and the two earbuds will turn off at the same time ) and select "Forget this device" on your device's Bluetooth. 2. When the earbud is off tap and hold both earbuds at the same time for about 20 seconds. In this process you will hear these voices prompts “Power On-Pairing Mode-DingDing-DingDing” in turn (When you hear first "DingDing" of voice prompt it means you started the reset function successfully When you hear second "DingDing" of voice prompt it means reset completed). 3. Then put them back to the charging case and close the lid After 5s take the L/R earbuds out of the charging case at the same time. The earbuds will power on automatically.
