Whitecap Industries P-5514,Ball Valve. FIPT (Female Iron Pipe Thread) is 1-1/4". Constructed of Nickel and Brass, for water, oil or gas (WOG). Valve has high service rating, full-flow. Valve features a conventional design and has more flow than most ball valves in its price class. It is bubble-tight and has a quarter turn shut-off. Packing nut can be tightened to adjust stem packing. Octagonal ends allow easier wrenching. Unique stem packing arches its touching surface, providing stem sealing and eliminating stem leakage by avoiding straight-line leakage paths. Surface is completely nickel plated. Handle and nut are constructed of 304 stainless steel. Ball is constructed of chrome plated brass. Has tapered threads.
