Using Steps:
1.Adjust Output Voltage:
Adjust CV potentiometer to change output voltage to meet target value.
2. Adjust Output Current:
1>. Rotate CC potentiometer counterclockwise more than 30 full turns.
2>. Connect to load such as LED and ammeter; or Connect to rechargeable battery(discharge off the electricity first and then recharge).
3>. Rotate CC potentiometer constant current potentiometer clockwise to set output current to meet target value.
