In the second season of this upbeat comedy; sisters Holly (Amanda Bynes) and Valerie (Jennie Garth) have moved into a New York City loft — and become well-acquainted with Holly’s uncanny ability to unravel her straitlaced sibling’s well-ordered life. Nevertheless; Valerie’s own public relations firm; which she runs out of the loft with her quirky friend Lauren (Leslie Grossman); has hit the ground running. While Holly’s feelings for cute messenger boy Vince (Nick Zano) have ruffled her relationship with boyfriend Henry (Michael McMillian); she tries to maintain a friendship with both boys. Meanwhile; Holly’s new street-smart friend; Tina (Allison Munn); and longtime pal Gary (Wesley Jonathan) ride out all the ups and downs of living with the craziness that is Holly.
