The outlet is 20 amps with tamper resistant plugs, and is UL listed and water rated. This pop up is perfect for any locations where you need hidden power, or locations where a wall out is not available. The pop up has been optimized to work perfectly in any indoor residential or commercial application with wood floors. The unit as a whole is UL listed including the outlet, it is also cUL recognized for Canadian installations. In the closed position the top is UL compliant to keep out dust and scrub water, there is also a gasket under the bezel to keep out water from entering from the sides.
